Shipping & Delivery

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 10am - 5pm.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class Royal Mail will not have tracking numbers. 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 


Privacy & Security

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
Billing Address
Shipping Address
Email Address 
Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. 

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information 

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information. 


Returns & Replacements

How To Return An Item


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. 

1. Please email info@sheeshaholics.com to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. 

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include Shisha Juices, Molasses, Herbal flavour and coal. 

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order. 


Ordering

How to place an order online

Sheeshaholics.com is designed to help you locate products quickly. Use the Products link at the top of the page where you can choose the catagory you are looking for or use the search bar, to find products. Click the product image to get more information or to purchase.


Using the Sheeshaholics shopping cart

To place a product in your shopping cart, select the product, then click the "ADD TO CART" button. The basket is located on the right side of the page so you can always see whats in your basket during your stay at sheeshaholics.com

You can access your cart by clicking the 'MY CART' icon in the upper right corner of your screen.

Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.

When you're ready to complete your order, be sure to review all of the items in your shopping cart. Click the 'X' in the basket if you want to remove any products in your cart. Click "CHECKOUT" when you're ready to purchase your order.


Checkout

An email address is required to place the order online. If you don't have an email address, place your order by calling us.

The checkout process contains three easy steps: shipping, payment and order preview.

Please double check your shipping information prior to submitting your order. For your protection, the shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been submitted. 

You can purchase your order using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Delta), PayPal, Sheeshaholics gift card, Sheeshaholics product voucher and certain prepaid cards. 

When using a credit card, enter your name in the order entry form exactly as it appears on your card. Fill out your credit card billing address as it appears on your credit card statement.


Promotion Codes 

To add a promotion code you will need to do this by clicking on 'MY CART' on the top right side of the screen, Enter the code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' box and click 'APPLY COUPON' upon doing this the cart will be updated with the new total. 

Review and place your order

Be sure to review all of the information you provided, and make any necessary changes before clicking "PLACE ORDER". After placing your order, an order confirmation page with your order number will appear. You will also receive an order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement and orders can be returned for any reason within 7 days of the delivered date.
